Vouchers, Coupons and Discount Offers

Unless explicitly stated, all coupons, vouchers or other discount codes are limited to one use per customer/household. Natural Animal Solution reserves the right to cancel orders deemed to be in breach of the above mentioned condition. If your coupon/voucher has a minimum purchase requirement, other charges such as shipping may not apply towards the minimum purchase amount. Coupons, vouchers or other discounts are not factored into free shipping calculations. Coupons and vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Coupons and vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or deleted. Natural Animal Solutions reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a coupon or voucher code at any time.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

 

Same Day Processing Conditions:

Same day processing is NOT same day delivery, standard delivery times will still apply. All items ordered must be in stock and available to be shipped from our Victorian manufacturing facility. Same day processing excludes public holidays, promotional days and events that attract an unusually high number of orders over a short period of time i.e. percentage off sales or free shipping promotions.

We pride ourselves on getting your items out to you as fast as possible, with the greatest of care to ensure you get exactly what you wanted and it all arrives safe and sound. If you place your order and you realize you made a mistake or would like to add something or edit something contact us right away, we will do our best to accommodate your request if we still have the order being processed i.e we haven’t shipped it yet.

 

Shipping Options, Exclusions & Conditions:

Deliveries will be shipped via a carrier of our choosing, currently either Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers, and can only be extended to areas reachable through these carriers which may exclude extremely remote locations. If you are unsure about your location you may contact us prior to ordering. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at reasonable cost.

Please ensure suitable provisions are in place to handle your delivery when it arrives. Our freight costs do not cover instances whereby the driver cannot complete delivery due to unforeseen problems preventing delivery.
Authority to Leave (ATL): Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You may do this by placing a short note, such as; ‘Please leave order if not home’, in the order comments section found on our checkout page.

Returns Policy

 

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! We accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date. If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative or provide a refund. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from Natural Animal Solutions when an item purchased fails to meet one of the consumer guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), i.e. the product:

  • Is faulty or of unacceptable quality
    Does not match the description or sample
  • Is unfit for the intended purpose (i.e. does not do what it is meant to do)
  • Is not delivered in a reasonable time frame

 

Proof or purchase must be provided (proof of purchase details are outlined above)

  •  Used, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning goods for refund, credit or exchange (errors excluded).

 

Natural Animal Solutions accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused during return transit.
I have received confirmation from you that my product needs to be returned – What now?

Package the item(s) for return: You will need to repack the product well enough for shipping and well enough to prevent further damage. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during return transit due to inadequate protection. Any physical damage caused may also void any existing warranty coverage on the product.

What to include with the return: Along with the faulty goods please include a copy of your receipt (not the original) and a fault description with sufficient details to highlight any suspected faults. Please be sure to also include your personal contact information in case these details have changed since the time of your purchase.

Addressing and Labelling: Clearly mark your Online Order Number (e.g. #1303317256 our example) on the outside of the packaging along with our return delivery address (see below). This will ensure your return is handled by the correct department and will avoid possible delays. Failure to label the return correctly could result in the parcel not being accepted by our staff.
